Collective bargaining experience
Our team has participated in the successful negotiation of dozens of collective bargaining agreements, and especially agreements reached in the context of change-of-control transactions. Many of these agreements contained profit-sharing, productivity-enhancement, ESOP, and similar provisions. Some have been in bankruptcy or pre-bankruptcy situations.
Longstanding relationships
As a result of our experience, we have extensive relationships with most international, national and regional unions’ leaderships. This allows us to assess quickly the viability of negotiating and seeking ratification of new labor agreements in troubled situations.
